SCA Administration Team

Amy Hinote is an experienced educator with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Texas Teacher certified 4-8th generalist and 8th-12th Science.  She also holds an ACSI Certification from the Association of Christian Schools International.

 

Over her impressive 21 year teaching career, she has had the privilege of teaching students both in public and private schools. Her background gives her an especially diverse understanding of different types of education, allowing for a creative blend between them as she passes on her knowledge to her students. Amy has been married 20 years to Beau and they have four children.

A veteran educator with over 28 years of experience, Muffet Michlitsch has a passion for teaching children and partnering with families. Earning her MEd. in Elementary Education from University of North Texas, she is certified to teach PreK-6th grade and has worked in nearly every grade level during her career in Public School, private schools and homeschooling her own children. With an emphasis on reading and writing instruction, she strives to help all students find success in the classroom and beyond.

 

Muffet has been married 32 years to Jerry and they have three kids.  When she is not at school, she enjoys traveling with her family.  They have a goal to visit all 50 states before their kids graduate.
